Plus, the hopper features a 21 lb. capacity, so you can grill continuously for long periods of time, and it features a viewing window. To help you achieve the perfect smoky flavor, this grill also has an adjustable smoke stack. With 849 sq. in. of cooking area across a porcelain-coated cast iron cooking grate and a porcelain-coated steel cooking grate, this grill has ample space to grill approximately 45 burgers at once. The dial-in digital control board has 2 meat probe ports that allow you to monitor the internal temperature of your meat and control the temperature without having to open the lid, and one probe is included. The control board allows you to set the pellet cooking temperature range from 180 - 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and it features an LED read-out. Additionally, this unit features a Flame Broiler Lever, which allows for direct flame searing up to 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit. The control board also has WiFi and Bluetooth capabilities, so you can connect your grill to your smart device and use the Pit Boss Grills app to monitor or change temperatures. This grill is equipped with a removable stainless steel side shelf and a folding front shelf, granting you plenty of prep space. Plus, it has a built-in spice rack and a solid bottom shelf for additional storage space. The solid legs have 2 inline-style wheels to make this grill easy to transport. It also features a grease management system with a simple steel bucket that can be used with a foil liner (sold separately). Use this convenient grill to smoke, bake, roast, braise, sear, grill, char-grill, or barbecue your favorite dishes.
